Contact Us
We’re Here:
Not a bot. Not an autoresponder that files your message somewhere it’ll never be read. Real people are running this site who care about getting you a useful answer.
Before using the Contact Us page, take thirty seconds to see if we’ve already answered your question. It’ll save you time and help you find what you need faster.

Check These First Before You Contact Us:
Most questions people send us are already answered somewhere on the site:
Installation Issues:
1. App opens but nothing loads → You need to add a CloudStream repository first. Head to the How to Add Repositories guide.
2. Can’t install the APK → The Download & Install guide covers every device, Android, Fire Stick, Android TV, and PC.
3. Looking for working repositories → The CloudStream Repositories page has the full updated list with short codes.
4. Extensions not working → Check the Troubleshooting & FAQ page, broken links and dead extensions are covered there.
5. Something about the app itself — a bug, a feature request, a crash → That goes to the reCloudStream GitHub. We didn’t build the app, and we can’t fix it, but the people who did are active there.

What We Can’t Help You With?
Being upfront saves everyone time:
Issues You Are Facing That We Can’t Solve
1. App bugs, crashes, or feature requests → GitHub issues tab for the reCloudStream project
2. “Why is [specific movie] not available?” → Content depends on the extensions and sources you’ve installed, not us
3. Extension or repository development → That happens in the open-source community on GitHub
4. Legal advice about streaming in your country → We’re not lawyers and won’t pretend to be

A Note on What This Site Is
Side Note:
We get messages occasionally from people who think this is the official CloudStream support channel. It isn’t, and we want to be honest about that.
cloudstreamdownload.com is an independent informational website. We cover the app, explain how it works, keep the repository list updated, and provide a verified APK download link. The app itself was built by the reCloudStream open-source community on GitHub — that’s where official development happens.
If you need help with something on our website, use the Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction. We just happen to explain CloudStream better than most.
